I wish there was a way to use a program to join in on a drawing session with another artist so they could help beginner's like me to learn better skills on sketching, painting, etc.Β It'd beΒ awesome.

Actually there are a few programms existing with which one can share his screen to other people live.
Twitch, join.me, TeamViewer and I think it's possible even through skype
A lot artists on DA do streams like that.
