...but I never dared to say it out loud
I was 8 when my parents got divorce and i didnt really cared it back then. I know it was best for the family but some times hope to have those happy days back, when we were together happily

....I'm going through one now. Even though I see my Dad almost every weekend and get text from him, it's not the same. They're both hurting, and I know me and bro aren't responsible for it. But.....nothing will ever be the same.

Well that's what they call; when one chapter end, new one starts. It's alright to feel insecure, but just remember it's not the end, it's new beginning!

My parents also got divorce when I was 8.... my father married another woman and now he has a son and a daughter... and my mother is also remarried and now she's pregnant. They all tell me that they love me and that I shouldn't be selfish but I just can't believe them anymore, I don't feel like a family to them anymore.

i feel ya. i was the exact same age (coincidentally) when my parents divorced. at times i felt torn between the two.
anyway, what i'm trying to say is that i was in the same boat. hope things are going alright... granted this deviantion was submitted a year ago >.>

yeah... its improved. i just came to the conclusion that both parents love me regardless of what the other says or what they can or can't do. my dad is unfortunately limited in what he can do, so i don't blame him.

I wish my little ones would say the same about me! They just argue with each other and call me a prick when I try to intervene. Lol, well when dinner usually rolls around everything settles. My bro's 12 and always does the snappy comeback remark routine, and I suck at comebacks and he knows that too! I guess you can only get the best of the day. :3
