Aren't there some copyright issues with making pokemon merchandise? You have to be really careful with that because you could into A LOT of trouble

Huh, you are definitely right... but this is rather "fanart" than merchandise, I didn't sell these. I just painted them on my friends T-shirts

Well, I also saw you made pokemon cups. Very nice by the way, but ya, you can get into a lot of trouble. I've designed a few shirts but never sold them and I went through a long process of getting written approval from Nintendo (which was actually really neat :3). Just watch out, don't want to see anyone in trouble for not meaning to do something wrong.

The cups were gifts for my friends as well, as I said, I never did sell anything copyrighted and I never would. (I do sell commissions of Pokémon-inspired characters, but never real Pokémon characters.) I suppose that as long as Nintendo is OK with "paper fanart", it must be OK with textil, ceramic or plush fanart as well, as long as these do not get sold. Of course I know that everyone who draws Pokémon, even if it is a simple sketch in their notebook, theoretically breaks the copyright law. But Nintendo seems to tolerate that as a promotion instead of hunting down everyone... well, thank goodness

Every year we make this Pokemon Camp, it's in the Czech Republic, so it's quite far away from you. Too bad. But if you ever had a way around the central Europe, you are welcome to come with us! ^^

Fixem na textil a tohle je vybarveno nějakými voskovkami na textil, co se zažehlí a pak drží. Jsou ale Gardiiny, tak se ptej spíš tam X-D

I used some German (at least I think so) colors specially made for painting on T-shirts.
