This bread blended and kneaded the cocoa powder which is not sweet.
Isn't there any bread of cocoa?

There is a recipe for Green tea bread.

Please transpose green tea to the Black cocoa powder.

The pattern of the white outside is a line of the fermentation basket of rattan.
It uses at the time of secondary fermentation.
Since bread is put in after sprinkling flour over this basket, this pattern remains.
