Yes, I try!
The flour for French bread 100%,
Saf-instant of red 0.1%,
Salt 2%,
Malt powder 0.5%,
Water 70%,
Powdered green tea 10%,
Chestnut 4-5 pieces (in the case in 250g of flour)
The flour for French bread is for hard bread in Japan.
That by which vitamin C is added beforehand is used for malt powder.
Powdered green tea is tea which is used in the tea ceremony of Japan and which was Fine powder.
A chestnut is what was made into syrup, boils with astringent inner skin.
It may be close to what preserved the marron glace in syrup. We call it [SIBUKAWANI].
bread is pan-traditional with powdered green tea.
The chestnut is involved in it at the time of molding.
How to make; The pan-traditionalthe, same as.
Since I cannot write English, I am doing English Version with translation software.
I'm sorry when there is a strange place!

Oh, I mistook!
Please put into a refrigerator after primary fermentation overnight.
Since there is little yeast, many hours are spent at the time of fermentation.
