Drawing in color pencils I made some time ago in april this year. It was from a cute model from a fridge magnet about 2x4 inches belonging to a room-mate. He was very pleased with the result!
Dibujo a lapices de colores que hice hace tiempo en abril de este año. Es de la fotografia de una bonita modelo en un iman de refrigerador, que media como cinco por diez centimetros que pertenecia a un compañero de cuarto. Le gusto mucho el resultado de la ampliación!

don't say that.....have you tried acrylics and oils???...and even pencil i'll let u in on a little secret...always keep all your pencils very very sharp, then start hatching with the lighter and softer colors, then hatch in other direction the darker ones, but really really softly on each layer, and you'll begin noticing how they start blending in, and work from there to the darker ones....always work your layers hatching in different directions....come on dudette-niece!!! ale ale ale!...u gotta try it but dont say i cant!

I'm doing fine Juan, thanks for asking. I haven't done any airbrushing other than some lettering on vehicles at work. I'm just still plugging away at the pointillism piece I've been working on...Take care and keep up the good work!

I remember seeing this, though I think it was an uncompleted version? I like hearing stories behind works of art: like that this came from the magnet of a room-mate. Anyway, I love your smooth coloring!

yes you might have seen it because i had it in a dormant account that i am not using really...called [link] lol...anyhow, the scanned version before was really bad so i decided to repost it here with the pic taken from my digi-cam. heehee...well that was definitely the story behind it. when i first arrived to canada, the first two months i was staying with three other room-mates, before i found my own apartment. And I was idling so much those days, decided to get a pack of color pencils and see if I could still draw...I know it sounds odd, but sometimes like you feel can I still do it??....so I began little by little applying really low pressure, softer tones first and then honing in the darker ones, using also the blender sticks...really handy indeed!!!....thankies for the kudos, o sweet-fairy-friend!
