I cant send you a link.
Just go to TF2 on the server list browse "pony" as a keyword and enter a server called "poniponiponi...." the map is an intell map that set in a castle where the windows are.
The maps usualy rotate after a while so just join in have some fun and wait for the map to appear

No prob.I just dunno what the map was called but if you play for a few hours you will see it.Your Celestia and Luna windows were in Red's spawn point like a small wizards study.And the ponies windows where in a circular oltar.It was awesome.
