I actually got it from an online TCG that I was part of. They just uploaded different images to colour each week I think as part of the game so I don't know where the original images come from. Sorry.

"TCG"? T...cartoon group?

I wonder if that group was "SCMR"? One of the other Makoto Kino artists mentioned it.

TCG stands for Trading Card Game. There are sites that have online trading card games and it's like these digital images in sets of 20 or so and the aim is to win them from the online games (trivia or other stuff) and trade with other members cards you don't want for cards you want.
SCMR is created by the person who came up with this idea and it's focus is on sailor moon.

So the original art is from one of the games on the site. A colouring competition. The first place, second place and third place winners get different amount of cards. etc.

If you search online tcg, you'll probably find some examples. xD
