colored in PSP + i used the dodge and burn tool which i dont normally use.

hmm... ang recommended kasi nila Photoshop saka Painter, yun yung powerful na softwares, maraming effects chu chu. Pero sa totoo lang, hindi ko gamay yun. 
Yung request mo naman, try ko na lang ah pag may time. ^^ Medyo wala na kasi ko time magdrawing para sa sarili ko, puro drawing na lang sa work.

Thee was something about the nose or the mouth being too high tickling me so I went thought my best friend - google: image - and so yeah, I think her nose and mouth, being acuratly shaped, are too high into her eye line/level. The eyes of the original are even rouder and have this one huge light-bubble instead of the pupil (to make the eyes less dark I think), to which I'll add, downright scares me now. I liked her so much back then ^^
I like the changing width of the inking but the neck lines seems too fine next to the thick lines of the chin and the hair framing the it.
Love it, a lot. You are very close to the original style -pointed fingers, anti-gravitational hair- yet keep your touch - eyes coloring and type of skin shading... great, deep; they are your style all the way- so it's truly a nice fan art.
I love the not-so-plain simple background- are those crimble silk effect a brush or a patern or the result of a lot of filtrers?
The little nips on the frame are cute also, breaking the straight lines but keeping the idea of a frame.
You said you used the burn tool, did you used it on the hair' hightlights? The orange-y feeling gives this impression anyway.

it's background is composed of 2 layers: one is a lightblue sunburst gradient applied with the crumpled paper texture and on top of it is a red and yellow sunburst gradient, then i set both transparency to 50.
i used the dodge tool for the hair's highlights and lightly on her clothes and face. i used the burn tool on her clothes but also just lightly.
