Yes, but the reactions depends on individuals. Some people give me permission some people don't. Which is why I ask.
If I don't, I will have nothing.
I, personally, would give permission if I was asked the same question because I would see it as an opportunity to improve.

i get that, but if someone isnt asking for critique it seems kinda rude to ask? you could really ruin someones day or any confidence they have if you go around telling people unsolicited about problems with their work.
im not against feedback from people i know when i ask for it, but having someone broadcast my mistakes to a group of people is a completely different thing.

If I considered everyone's feeling before doing anything so that no one is offended, I wouldn't be able to do anything. I would rather be rude and get things done. This being said, the intention of my question was not to offend you. I want you to know that. I'm sorry if your feelings were hurt and your day was possibly ruined. If it makes you feel any better. I only asked for your permission because I saw potential.
