I've been trying to find someone who does that art style of your image, but everyone I found was banned, until I came across this one. I don't want to sound like I'm copying, but I've been trying to figure out how to blend the colors of some of my digital images like you have in this picture. however, I can't seem to be able to do it right... are you using a certain special program to do that effect, or are you just that awesomely skilled? If you don't want to tell me that's fine.

I use Gimp to do this "airbrush" affect ^^
