So glad you like it! Gosh that page was a toil to get through. All them horses!
I'm sure there will be a page when he will smile. I'm sure of it!

The way you did the sunrise in the first panel is fantastic!
I really liked the three panel strip in which the riders break camp.Β This comic keeps getting better and better at conveying information through the visual components of the medium. In the later pages particularly, it's starting to feel very movie-like, which is really cool.Β
The second to last panel is really impressive (all those horses! it must have taken an age!).
Lol! It seems like Guillaume is getting just a little tired of the constant requests X'D

That sunrise is magnificent! And I love how you added the shadow of the trees on the grass. Conain is really pushing it with his nervousness, he's making me suspicious!

You're welcome! I am intrigued to know where this goes and what unfolds next! (My holiday is actually one of those ones where I've been counting down the days until it ends - I've been reminded of why I hate 'family vacations' - but it'll be over soon!)
Well I know that a lot of the time, when people start comics, they usually end up improving a lot along the course of pages and will sometimes go back and redraw things, but personally I sort of like it when you can see the progress the artist has made, it's really interesting.
Lol well he sort of is, like that one person you decide to help with something and then they start slipping in more favours along the way *stink eye*

Yeah, I wasn't sure about that panel - I thought it would be a way to suggest travel...but not sure how well that works.

It's interesting and cinematic! I think this is quite appropriate in such a narrative!

I don't know how you manage it- these are really good- you are certainly getting the hang of this kind of storytelling. Your first panel was super, really portrayed the 'long shadows of morning' perfectly. BTW,Β ex post facto I suppose, I wish you luck with all of those interviews!

The font is not a problem, one click on the (+) button makes all clear, even for old folks like myself.Β It's a beautifully illustrated story, and richly deserves all of the attention it is generating. Plus I think you seriously underrate your abilities as a storyteller.

I am so glad to see you back! And i liked how you handled the imagery of them breaking camp, it moves forward very smoothly

Yeah, you should! I hope you do get some time at least for small sketches.Β
Thank you! I hope to practice more.Β
