Ugh perspective! :/ And yeah, the many horses panel just took ages. I was tearing my hair over that one.

Guillaume now thinks that he has another point to add to his 'things I dislike list': people who appear shy but actually are constantly demanding something from you. I think Conain as a whole might be in danger on being on that list too...It's a long list.

Haha, Guillaume thinks Conain is pushing it with his constant new demands. He seems shy, but actually he's constantly coming up with new things he wants others to do! What a guy...ugh!

You're welcome! I am intrigued to know where this goes and what unfolds next! (My holiday is actually one of those ones where I've been counting down the days until it ends - I've been reminded of why I hate 'family vacations' - but it'll be over soon!)
Well I know that a lot of the time, when people start comics, they usually end up improving a lot along the course of pages and will sometimes go back and redraw things, but personally I sort of like it when you can see the progress the artist has made, it's really interesting.

Lol well he sort of is, like that one person you decide to help with something and then they start slipping in more favours along the way *stink eye*

That's the sense I wanted to create after the night page.

Ugh, horses are so hard aren't they? I'm glad they look ok here. But it is a struggle every time! I'm so glad that for the time being I won't have to draw any more!

(Luckily I have trained drawing horses, because the little kids in my family always want a horse picture XD)

Gosh, I'm so glad to hear that!   This page was really troubling for me - I wasn't sure how much detail to put in, how much of 'breaking camp' I should show, etc. Plus I was really worried the dialogue isn't clear enough, but making the font larger was tricky because that last panel with their conversation is pretty small... But in the end, I guess it worked out ok.

The font is not a problem, one click on the (+) button makes all clear, even for old folks like myself.  It's a beautifully illustrated story, and richly deserves all of the attention it is generating. Plus I think you seriously underrate your abilities as a storyteller.

I was pretty happy with the sunrise panel. I was a bit disappointed with the colours in the last ones though....I was worried it looks a bit too...cloudy. So I'm glad you say it works! Thank you!

No, I haven't done any for ages! I'd really like to...it's watercolour month after all...not sure if I'll have time to though...

Your recent watercolours are just so inspiring btw. You're really becoming amazing with them!
