Em... Excuse me, but Your a simple blind ****. If You had time for writing such a long meaningless comment, You could also read what I HAVE written under the picture. "[...] I used reference with the body shape [...]" read'em and cry. And furthermore if the title is "me in DISGAEA", I think there are smart people looking at my art, and will understand from where did I take my references.
Besides the link that You shown doesn't mean **** because the site contains art of Takehito Harada the one who had made character designs for Disgaea (I wonder do You even know who he is...)

Theres a difference between useing REFERENCE, and simply traceing someone else's work and changing colors and a few minor details.


And for the record, you NEVER linked, nor said who's work you used for reference until AFTER I made my comment.

Dear child, I had made a mere comment that your art was NOT original, that it was almost exactly like the official Gaia Art [hell, The pose is even USED IN the game.] And that, while you did alter a few things [ hair, color and sleeves] that it was needed that you cite WHAT you had used as the base for the whole picture.


matter of fact, your other Etna picture is also floating around the net somewhere, it's a COMPLETELY different style from your normal art , AND three times as good, which plays an obvious clue in the fact it's not originaly yours.

So long as it's cited properly, then theres no harm and no foul, it's a mere learning experience.

But throwing a childish tantrum over someone pointing this out? Well now. Someone's gone and gotten cranky =[ Maybe we should all lay down for nap time. ... Mmmm. Sleep.

First of all I never Note anyone. Dont go and come up with nonesens if You dont know its true. Oh wait... You like making stuff up, I forgot.
And how dare You even say my other Etna pictures arent mine. Im learning how to draw and colour like Harada and I practice hard for it. Just because You suck,doesnt mean others cant draw and colour! My Etna pics are all made by me, and me alone. From pencil sketch to color. My normal style is changing also, Im trying to draw like Harada.
If You went on and checked all my pics, You can notice.
In scraps there are sketches go check, if You like to accuse people so much.
And If that still doesnt make You believe, You can ask Hoshi, because he saw my work on my computer.
I can handle Your bull**** on this picture BUT NOT on my other Etna drawings or any other Disgaea ones, on which I worked really hard and put all of my heart into them!

so dont assume people steal everything unless its ugly. That shows What a person You are.
Oh, and You just cant believe that somebody can colour more or less like Harada do You?

I was refering to the one thats on your front page, for starters.

And are you insinuateing my art is bad? Have you ever looked at it?


Normally I concider all art good and great, even if the art skills are poor, becuase it's better to get your emotion or point across in a picture rather then " omgz i draw betr gewd lawl" .


But if you want ot fist-i-cuffs, I'm all game.


My art > yours. If you want to be a bitch about it.


I dislike saying such things though, but if you're going to pull out the guns, hey honney, I'm not one to back down.

I'll admit you ARE progressing the more you study his style, and some of your etna pictures ARE your own work, and ARE cute.

I overreacted because You said my own work was a fake. Everybody would get mad hun. I dont want to "pull out the guns" or whatever, just said what I wanted. And my Etna on my front page is ALSO mine! From top to bottom, except for the bg, but I posted that in the comment under the picture, when I first submited it here.
Yes, I saw Your gallery, Im not saying its poor,(the kitty drawing is cute) Im saying You shouldnt be so confident and go up to sb saying hes art is not originaly his. And hey I can say that Your FFXI isnt Yours cus' the style is totally different than Your normal style.
Hurts?
But I know people can improve and do better on one picture and fail with the other.
And not some of my Etna pictures, BUT all of them are done by me and me alone.

My styles vary because I like to experiment with my ability, and quiet a few of my FFXI ones are PIXEL art.

All I said was that you should CITE your SOURCES when it's not your work. You know, I know, everyone that knows Disgaea:Hour of Darkness knows, that that pose wasn't yours, infact, all that was changed was the hair, added arm cloth and colors.

All I was saying was that you should cite the work, so that others can learn the same way you do, or so the proper artist[s] get the proper gratification.


You just freaked about it and thats what started the whole war.

And wether or not i'm confident in my art has nothing to do with me be very upset when artist's aren't properly cited. What if someone took one of your etna pictures that you put so much work into ? and all they did was change maybe the outfit, or the hair, or skin color or somthing? And DIDN'T cite you? Wouldn't you be upset?

While not all artists mind, some do, and when it comes to big-shot popular artist, it's still right to give them to proper gratification and what not; It's just common curtousy and respect amongst artists.


Honor amongst thieves, Respect amongst Artists.
