That's a very cool design.
The shape of the horns horns, the raptor claws, that long tail that flows in the back. It almost looks like he's flying close to the sun and it looks amazing.
I don't quite get something with the wing, though, maybe you can explain it to me.
It kind of looks like the spiked ridge on the back goes in front of the wing membrane to me.

Thanks! Glad to hear you like it.
I do see what you mean, with regards to the "back ridges." The original design had them peek through the wing membrane, but in this version, the dorsal ridges would be obscured by the membrane, so I altered them to be under-wing scales.
So, technically, they are now just large scales beneath the wings that, with the angle of the dragon's pose, unfold in a manner that resembles the dorsal ridges. For purely aesthetic reasons.
Here's the original idea. Do you feel it looks better?

Personally, I'd keep it like you have it now.
Having those large scales under the wings is something few would draw. It's pretty unique.
It makes this dragon stand out more from the rest, in a good way.
