Description
Truly a smile to die for~saurww requested that I draw Urthemiel, the Archdemon of the fifth blight in Dragon Age: Origins. So here you go!
Urthemiel was once worshipped as the dragon god of beauty by the ancient Tevinter, long before his corruption. Makes you wonder how he must have appeared back then.
...Still not as ugly as the Broodmother though.

Not exactly. If I understand the lore correctly, Archdemons aren't reanimated dead, they are old gods awakened from hibernation and tainted by darkspawn corruption. Urthemiel's appearance is a reflection of that corruption, but he's far from a mindless zombie like you might expect.
