My entry for the tefu contest.
And I actually drew this while I was very ill
but I am quite happy with it >w< making my own background for once! *flails* since I am usually a photo-manipulator =w=;
it is more fun.... but time consuming eue;
but I still abused textures, yo \o/ *shot*
So yeah, everyone always draw young Tezuka wrong, because there is something about him almost no one notices
