That's because it's not really a dance to a song, it's in the middle of a scene with dialogue. Technically it's the scene (the next morning) after Grell's song.

Its the part where the shinigami are staying at the Phantomhive manor for the night, and Grell is running around in lingerie hoping to find Sebastian. Grell has this amazing, seductive dance, if you haven't seen it go watch on youtube <3
