The first time each Cyberse monster you control would be destroyed by card effect each turn, it is not destroyed. You can only use the following effects of "Gatchiri Ignister " once per turn.
● You can target 1 Cyberse Effect Monster you control; negate its effects, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand.
● If this card is sent from the field to the GY: You can target 1 face-up monster you control; that face-up monster you control is unaffected by your opponent's card effects until the end of your opponent's turn.

It can be destroyed by battle, it cannot be selected for card effects
So example, I can’t use Raigeki or Raigeki Break, OR Shooting Star to destroy it as those are card effects.
But if you can destroy The Arrival Cyberse IF its ATK isn’t higher than 6000 (depending on the amount of Link Material.)

You actually might be on to something. The shield resembles the Hydradrive emblem if you squint at it and the bulk of Bohman's monsters are EARTH by default so that matches up too.

And the Sword one, Haru, Evil Windy, or Jin?

I would think Haru. Windy is Windy regardless so I doubt Ai would have him as two cards. Jin is the human of Lightning so I don't see why his Ignister would be EARTH. And if the shield one is indeed supposed to represent Bohman it would make sense to me for his brother to appear alongside him.
