Fan-Made cardeffect:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by banishing 1 "Saffira, Queen of Dragons" from your hand or Deck. There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. Other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card. If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can activate 1 of these effects;
Draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card.
Β Discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.
Add 1 ''Malefic'' monster from your Deck to your hand.

A way to abuse this monster's last effect just occurred to me. Special Summon it while there isn't a face-up Field Spell on the field and you'll get its effect off for free. Do that if you somehow have 3 copies of this card in your hand and you can potentially draw 6 cards (and only having to discard 3) off letting it self destruct three times.

The last effect is better than my interpretation of a Malefic counterpart of Saffira (and so is the name, too).
Also, did you happen to find the artwork I tried to locate in higher quality or did you increase the quality yourself? I wasn't able to find it after spending half that day searching every website I could think of that might have had it (but didn't).
