Yes, that's tcg/ocg. If you're going by anime style, it's still X000. Given that your proxies are using 4Kids style, I assumed that you want to replicate how it looked in the anime.

Are these official alternate artworks? I feel like I've seen the ones of Kaiba w/ Obelisk and Yugi w/ Slifer before.

Not bad, buy I'm more partial to Slifer, the Executive Producer. He just seems the most...ferocious of the three. They're all regal and intimidating, there's no arguing that. But Slifer seems the most...driven of the three, considering he can be as strong as the player wants him to be.

Ra's actually the most likely to win in one turn, and also the most consistent of the three, when it comes to individual decks. This is all thanks to cards like "Poison of the Old Man", "Nimble Momanga", and especially "Aroma Jar". Having two or three Aroma jars + two Marshmallon and/or Spirit Reaper on the field with a Starlight Road + Solemn Strikes set can mean when you are able to (or want to) Summon Ra, he'll have 20,000-30,000 ATK.
I've made and tested decks based on each Egyptian God. Ra is by far the most consistent, and the most powerful when it comes to winning in the turn he is (Tribute) Summoned. Plus "Ra" has a Graveyard "trap" in the form of "The Winged Dragon of Ra - Immortal Phoenix"; "Slifer" and "Obelisk" don't have that kind of back-up plan to them yet. Plus they are destroyed during the End Phase if they were Special Summoned, Ra isn't.
