Yu-Gi-Oh! Tribute Illustration ~ Overlap ~I've been eagar to draw a scene like this for a while now, an epic reunion clash ^^)
I worked on it for a few hours a day over the span of 10 days, listening to Kimeru's Overlap and rewatching the series. The lyrics fit so well.
The movie was such a nostalgia trip, I hope everyone who saw it enjoyed it as well. Thanks for looking.

Loved the movie. Brought so much nostalgia back! Hope they make a sequel even if it leads to GX.
Idea for a sequel: Kaiba is suddenly stranded back in time of Ancient Egypt, so Mokuba needs Yugi and the gang's help to bring him back to the present.
Also sudden imagination. Imagine if Thanos snapped his fingers and affected Domino City and Kaiba would be the only survivor xD.

FINAAAALLY! I was looking for this picture as I had only seen it in a very tiny blurry quality! It's effing amazin with all that amazing shading and details and no words of mine can describe how much I love this drawing! It's so energetic and full of movement. I adore the different shadings on Atem's arm.

I saw the movie twice and it was amazing. I loved every minute of it and hope that more Yu-Gi-Oh! fans and more people in general see it. There is so many great things to say about this drawing. The details, energy, Atem's following cape, the lights from Kaiba's Blue-Eyes and his duel technology. My list could go on and on. NIce work.

I love Kimeru's Overlap - its my favorite opening! Next to Shuffle by Masumi Okui.
I too have been rewatching the series since the movie - both sub and dub ^-^
However, this is beautiful! I love the colors and the details you have done in Atem's cloak/cape... My eyes can't stop tracing back to it!
And I love the illumination of the piece overall.
