Must be either Special Summoned (from your hand) by (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "Sephylon, the Ultimate Timelord " you control, or (from your Deck) when a face-up "Sephylon, the Ultimate Timelord" you control is sent to the Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Unaffected by other cards' effects. This card gains 3000 ATK and DEF for each Level 8 or higher Fairy-Type monster on the field and/or in either player's Graveyards. Synchro Monsters your opponent controls cannot activate their effects.
