I'm in awe of your delicate, detailed grass! How do you ever do that?!

The grass painting technique originated on John Howe'S, which I'm totally in awe of (www.john-howe.com/forum/smf/in… .
I think I found my own way around it by now and probably I'm not doing everything the same way he does, his looks much better after all still

Oh wow! This is gorgeous! It's rather outstanding, but in a subtle sort of way. It took me a good moment to really take it all in and appreciate it. But I adore all the fine details, particularly that shield and the textures in the mans shirt. Very nice.

Haha ich wollte dir schon schreiben und dich drauf hinweisen, dass ich endlich zu Iwein gekommen bin, aber deine Seite sah so verweist aus... Ja es kommen auf jeden Fall noch mehr Iwein Bilder. Hab schon einige weitere Skizzen gemacht.
Der Schild hat keine Bedeutung, das war nur das einzige anglo-romanische was ich finden konnte (und selbst da bin ich mir nicht sicher ob es das tatsächlich ist

Gorgeous piece mate. Maybe you could take some snapshots of your work proces, be nice to see. I love the pre-medieval/post-Roman outfitting. Adds to the overal mood of 'legend'.
