i'm on my Learners and occasionally forget (and i am by no means defending it), but i know so many people around my town who have had their licence for nearly 20 years or so and still never use turn signals. it's scary when you're learning and people just pull out in front of you or something with no warning

My mum and I were once stuck behind someone who had their right indicator (UK turn signal) on. They didn't turn right then they switched the indicator off. Ten seconds later, they turned right. If my mum didn't brake, I'd be dead

As a person who walks two miles home through a busy part of town, I nearly get run over fairly frequently because of idiots who don't use their turn signals. I swear I'm going to start slashing tires as they go by.

I nearly got ran over by some retard the other day because the driver couldn't muster the energy to lift one hand and flick their indicator. Not knowing they were turning onto the road I was crossing, I stepped out.
Then they were the ones glaring at me, when they had to stop to wait for me to cross. Lazy git.
