I finally finish with this! YAY! I used the same technique with the gradients from my eye tutorial and this picture looks awesome! The waterbending was REALLY HARD! Is took me two day to figure out how to make the water look more dimensional. I practice different ways until I use transparency to get the effect look. I SHOULD DO A WATER EFFECT TUTORIAL! Anyways, this was done in MS Paint and I hope you like this pic of Chibi Korra!DISCLAIMER: I DON'T OWN THE LEGENDS OF KORRA!
