I'm fairly sure she made that herself - she and the one on the throne are professional period accurate corset makers and just show up with new costumes every week. I stopped raiding the vintage stores years ago when I met them ...

There is a willow grows aslant a brook,
That shows his hoar leaves in the glassy stream;
There with fantastic garlands did she come
Of crow-flowers, nettles, daisies, and long purples
That liberal shepherds give a grosser name,
But our cold maids do dead men's fingers call them:
There, on the pendent boughs her coronet weeds
Clambering to hang, an envious sliver broke;
When down her weedy trophies and herself
Fell in the weeping brook. Her clothes spread wide;
And, mermaid-like, awhile they bore her up:
Which time she chanted snatches of old tunes;
As one incapable of her own distress,
Or like a creature native and indued
Unto that element: but long it could not be
Till that her garments, heavy with their drink,
Pull'd the poor wretch from her melodious lay
To muddy death."
Hamet, Act 4, Scene 7

I agree. I think twisting it upright would've given it a more surreal look. Excellent picture.

I have thousands more just like it if you really think that ...
This is just what happens underwater, for me, or for anyone else.
The dress is not hanging down by gravity; she's floating up and the water is dragging it straight.
The perfection lies in the model's ability to anticipate what will happen ahead of time.
She had to start up with her feet higher and as her lungs lifted her she rotated into a horizontal position for a brief moment. It only took a few tries to get this shot but it is quite difficult to maneuver in even the overdress of a wedding gown.
