How does one "play with smoke" underwater?

Now this one really does have an ink-like quality about it. Playing with smoke? It's very successful. Looks like you have used slower exposure to capture this but the model is incredibly still considering she's underwater.

Yeah I saw the sword pic in both of your galleries and the woman with the rose in your gallery looked like the same model of the pic I featured so I thought you might be the photographer. I wanted to feature the pic off of her page for 2 reasons. 1) Because I absolutly loved it! and 2) to try and send more people to her page.
