Found this humorous exchange on 's fantastic illustration of a pair of Mei, a troodont well known for its holotype being preserved in a sleeping position:

: Also, no, Mei long is not always sleeping. Sometimes you can find it eating, preening, pooping, screwing, strutting, yawning, fluffing itself up, etc....
: Lol! Someone should draw a Mei doing each of those things. (Preferably not all at once.)
: Preening would be an interesting one, imo. And yes, I should hope most dino-birds did not do all those at once!
: Hell, I hope nothing does all that at once!

Me:

So now we have a male Mei grooming, yawning, strutting in place, pooping, fluffing itself up, feeding on a freshly-killed mammal, and mounting a female at the same time. That female is not having a good day.
