You should animate more pixel-by-pixel instead of simply making parts move up&down, it makes it look very jelly-like, just like Sonimul said. You have an interesting style though

Yes, you're right, the animation is not good at all, it's quite blocky. I make all these works very fast for Pixel Dailies twitter account in my spare time, so sometimes I have no time nor interest in polishing stuff, hehe..
