Cagney is an interesting person, and probably a person of interest thinking about it. Shes a bit of an oddball and even more of a scatterbrain. The fact she's an expert in explosion kinetics should probably be cause for concern. In a polite way she's considered quirky in nature, in a less of a polite way she took a few too many explosions and is off her rocker. No one is quite sure how she got a degree, how she got a licence to teach or how she's alive and coherent.
Cagney is hyperactive to very much so chaotic, there is no impulse control, if you see her doing something "out of the normal" just don't worry about it. Seriously don't worry about it I'm sure it will be fine.
