However and this is a big 'however' is he is one to care for others greatly. He believes in the ideology as to not force help on others but instead to have it there for them. "Not forcin' the food down their throat but saving a spot at yer table" as he puts it.

Henry is also affectionate towards his Pokemon even those that are 'deemed too big to be a lap dog' it's not uncommon to see him with brooding from an overzealous headbutt however, he claims to have built up an immunity.
