Wow. Just...wow. Ripped, but sexy...it's coming from the same RP as that old ass picture with the Ed hyped up...looking as if he's on steroids. x.x;Anyways...Ed was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel, and it pissed Mustang off. Feeling the uniform's too hot for his taste, Ed unbuttons the uniform and let's the air hit his chest. Oh...the sexiness. ;w;

I have no muscle mass whatsoever, except for my abs, which are pretty toned. My wrists are tiny as heck, and you can see my breastbone when I wear low cut shirts sometimes. xD

Sit on the edge of what ever you're sitting on, (say a bed for instance), and kinda cross your legs, but let your feet touch eachother, then lift them up using your lower belly.
It works so good on me.
Then I do those weird cycling excercises, and every once in a while I'll do toe touch drills.
Which are pretty hard to explain. xD My abs are going away D:
