Sorry for the late reply! Yes, I use a clear varnish spray. Use far away from the munny as it can easily smear the ink!

the style reminds me of the chinese art on porcelain, enamel or bone china. and the detail is just breathtaking. you must have an extremely steady hand to have made munny so immaculate.
