Description

This is a gift for my dear yuni

Inael, the character mentioned in the story, is Yuni's OC.
And this demon is my own OC, Morgan. My very first dark skin character!!

Demon children who want to become priests have to pass a special test
at an early age. It consists in demonstrating the child's flexibility to see
if he can handle strong power and spiritual pressure. The most flexible
ones can become priests. The more flexible a child is the more potential
he has. A limber body is considered as very healthy and can handle easier
illnesses, evil spirits, and other things priests have to deal with.

Morgan passed the test when he was younger, though he was the older
one of all the children. He trained for weeks before passing the exam so
his body would be more apt to impress the priest, but he failed because
his back wasn't flexible enough. He didn't manage on that special day,
but he remembered very vividly that other dark skinned demon, who
was so skinny and so incredibly flexible. That child surely was made to
be a priest. He would even become the best of all maybe. He managed
to impress not only the priest but all the other persons present that day.
That Inael demon, he surely was a rare gem.

A few years later, Morgan entered the school library to become a
librarian, but not any kind of librarian. He wanted to be able to use magic
and understand the essence of it in its native form, its entity. He studied
a lot to become the best. Little by little he rose through the ranks until he
could finally reach the best place. The Scroll Master, he would be called.
That was the best post he could have in the library. This took him years,
but he managed and made his name in that so ancient and gigantic library.
He became the youngest Scroll Master of all times in Demonic History.

Since he's a child, Morgan loves to read. He would spend entire days reading
old and dusty books from his grand parents' attic. His father would also buy
him scrolls so he could experiment with spells and ancient formulas. But
what he would love was to create little spells himself, that he would
personify. He once found how to create butterflies that he modified to
transform into tiny golden and shiny butterflies. He was only eight years
old when he invented that spell. He was thinking of this so wonderful dark
skinned boy, that Inael, and it inspired him so much that he came up with
something beautiful that reminded him the boy. He never forgot his name
and would even come to the Priest School to see him from time to time.
He would sneak into the school, climb up the fences, and would just enjoy
admiring the tiny demon child from far, without being noticed, for just a few
minutes, or even just a few seconds. He somehow fell in love with him the
very moment he saw him laying on that stone altar. The way he was moving
was so soft and lovely. His skin and entire body seemed to supple. He looked
so delicate and adorable that even at such a young age, Morgan understood
what was happening to him. Since then he could never forget about him and
did his best to see him at least once everyday. Only a few seconds per day
was enough to make him happy.

Morgan couldn't become a priest, he understood it the moment his body
became so tensed during the Priest Exam. But when he grew up, he
understood he had something else; his muscles, his brain and his charisma.
Despite his lack of flexibility, he has a quite muscled and well shaped body
that is very attractive. His face is also one hell of a wonder. He always had
this so intense gaze that would captivate everybody's attention. Not only that,
his brain was also a marvel for many other librarians who were amazed by his
scores at the final exam. He had the best marks in everything and was also
very impressive at casting spells, and still is.

The tattoo on his shoulder is made with a very rare glowing silver ink used by
mages to prevent from any negative spell. It's harder for other mages to cast
any bad spell on Morgan with that tattoo on his shoulder. It's a sort of barrier
against evil. It also has some other purposes.

Morgan always remembered Inael very much, this so beautiful and flexible
demon who passed the Priest exam with brio. He thought the little boy would
not remember him at all but he was very surprised the day he stumbled on him
and Inael recognized him. “Oh! The silver haired guy with the fire gaze!” Those
were his first words when they met after a few years. “I... I've always loved you!
Would you like to go out with me please?!” Morgan let it out without even
realizing and with his eyes wide open in shock, he apologized and ran away.
He was still a bit young at that time when he confessed and was unsure about
himself. But when he grew up, he gained so much more self-confidence that he
would shine and be somehow unreachable for most demons of the Ancient Library.

Now he became so handsome and good looking that he poses from time to time
as a model for the Art classes. A silky green kimono-like on his uncovered shoulders,
fiery eyes, a sweet little smirk on his soft kissable lips, his exquisite and so well
shaped body in natural sexy positions. That's what Art students were enjoying the
most, and Morgan is for them the perfect model. Some pupils would even be allowed
to come and see him at the Library so they could draw portraits of him studying or
reading scrolls. But they have to be silent and better not disturb the Scroll Master
during his work.

Very good work here, Aldric! Wonderful pose and portrayal of the Librarian character. Of course I often have to explain to friends that "librarie" in French (or en Francais) means a book shop; a library is un bibliotheque! My French is very rusty so please excuse any spelling mistakes or clumsy usage. In America people unacquainted with French culture often think Morgan is an Irish name, and in fact many Irish here do themselves. But of course its French, especially Norman French, "Morgain".

Yes, I DO see the influence of our great Yuni Master in Morgan. Again, in the choice of a kimono, there again is a 'Japanese' element in your fine artwork. I finally got around to being a Watcher, which I should have done YEARS ago. My best, WWL

Thank you so much my friend! Once again, it's a real pleasure to read your opinion about my artworks.
Yeah, French people over here struggle with those words most of the time. These "faux-amis", that are similar words in French and English but they don't mean the same. (Your French is good. Spelling almost perfect! ^^ "librairie")

Oh, really? I was pretty inspired by Yana Toboso actually in this piece. I was thinking about Agni, from Black Butler, when I drew this. Maybe Yuni and I have somehow a similar style. I don't try to mimic nor be influenced by Yuni's style though, cause it's Yuni's style after all, and not mine. ^^ I got my very own style by now. And if a piece make think about Yuni's art, why would it be me who's influenced by Yuni's art and not the opposite. Let's meditate on that. :3

Thanks a lot for your very kind words about my art! I really do appreciate a lot. :3 And thank you so much more for adding me to your watch list!

Glad I did not come across as some kind of oaf and that I did not butcher the French language and that my spelling is not way off. Your seem to be very well read, mon ami, and know a lot about various mythological and literary characters. I've read some science fiction and fantasy novels many years ago, and still have some copies of them to this day.

Fully agree about not copying the style of other DA members, even that of 'nous cher maitre, Yuni' (hope I did not butcher that phrase!). Yes, we should all aim to be our own person, and not follow others all the time. A wise man once said: "Those who follow another will always be behind them"! Good advice for us, too. My best, WWL
