Sorry for not being around lately, but I had a lot of work to do and I didn't had too much time for dA. But I dedicate this shot to all the people that are watching me and that are appreciating my passion for art! I owe you guys and girls a lot because you will always be the ones that encourage me to post more of my work and never stop shooting. Now, a bit about the shot. The shot was taken in Borsec, Romania a year and 2 months ago. This is in fact the non-resort part of Borsec. (the resort is a lot more beautiful, but I wanted to take advantage of that high point and take a shot to the non-resort part with Calimani Mountains in the background)I was lucky to find this hill and climb it.I was right next to the cemetery when i took this shot,but i was only affraid of the bears and wolves because i heard they used to be in that are during the night.Β Enjoy!

Fantastic capture on this - the arc of the Milky Way along with stars appears here like a celestial 'rainbow'.Β The moon seems caught up in the stream of this arc. It was well worth the effort to get this shot - good thing that there were no bears or wolves out at the time you ventured forth.

Yes...that place is very peaceful! But there is another place, a little bit higher than the one where I was standing. You can actually see the Milky Way with the naked eye from there. That's because the sky isn't very poluted with artificial light. In fact, there is no artificial light at all in that place.
