ThunderRoars Tempestuous
Echoing through Generations
Herald of the Storm
The clashing of wills Flash
Acts in Afterimage, burned into Legend
Two Destinies stained upon History's canvas immemorial
Lightning Strikes. Daylight born in-between the heart-beats.
Feathers fly. Wings beat. Courage Soars. Thunder Claps.
The World breathlessly still. Quiet. Trembling in the Thunder
Night falls to dark wings, challenged only by Hope's Light
Where the lightning strikes, constricting darkness banished. Feathers fly.
A single spark. The night transformed. Shade Parts
Darkness surges unabated. Not to be denied.
Confronted undaunted in Courage, Light Flashes
Thunder followed, rapturous rage echoing
Unshaken faith in duty
The Guardian resolute
There Flashed
Lightning
- Wandering Pariah
Weathers such as thunder and lightning fascinate me like nothing else. I had this idea for a longer time and never could find the time or muse to actually depict it. The last thunderstorm triggered this emotion to think of a small story encompassing this scenery. Maybe more of it will come soon. Thank you so much, for the wonderful words to create this poem with! <3

And throw our bolts into the ground
Let us drive into them - fear
And do what we will without a care

From before the primordial
