have been re-reading some of my ultimate spidey books and i thought she needs more love! i mean up to now she's been nothing more than a plot device, so i hope marvel is going to do something with her...i mean...something that doesn't involve dying or becoming possessed by dr. octopus...

SO happy, looks like we're getting much more coverage of Ultimate Spider-Woman in the relaunch of Ultimate Marvel Now and Jessica will finally become a main character! I still really want to see an in-depth look at her adventures up until she stopped thinking of herself as a clone of Peter and developed her own sense of self but I'm quite happy with this, too. If it turns out like I'm expecting.

I remember when she kicked Miles ass for pretending to be spidey. It was hilarious and also kind of mean he was just trying to carry on the legacy. At least she gave him a chance and became kind of a mentor to him.

This is an absolutely beautiful painting. I have to agree with DarthGoldthread - the look in her eyes. I really feel like Bendis wasted the potential of Jessica.

When the Disney lawsuit took the Marvel rights from Stan Lee, thats when *EVERYTHING* that that Stan Lee had ever made famous with Marvel all these years of great quality as well as guarding the first amendment telling-it-as-it-is adult situations, got trashed by USA censorship. Evidence is in the liveaction movies like the first X-Men, Halle Berry as Storm was bad choice as Storm is lot bustier and all of Hollywood isnt keeping its B rating for B@@BS as much had done during up till very late 1980's with the exception of the National LAMPOON movies like American Pie series year 2000 timeline-Im saying the females in comics has very large tits in *deep v low cut cleavage skin tight bubblebutt bodysuits, Thats how Hollywood movies should represent them, the USA adultery censorship has been violating USA'S first amendment since 1998 after Hillary Clinton's lost her mind over that Monica incident and USA lost the most cherished form of freedom of expression directly as a result of a jealous political hag who had no right targeting how the centuries old male dynamic works-Especially what content you watch in public! that means TONED DOWN CURVY OUTFITS IN COMICS AND MOVIES-the ULTIMATES sucks...just a distraction to take away todays generation focus of what/how the oringinal characters represented. When go to a convention, bet you see more oldschool characters than do the Ultimates outfits...people figure that one 1 out, people need not support Hollywood producers who wont give USA govenment censorship the royal finger

Very nice, hope she gets her own series soon. Something fairly gritty and psychological that asks hard questions about man(and woman's) ability to adapt to drastic change..

You'd think after Peter bought it Jess would pick up where he left off right? No Bendis gives that honor to some random kid named Miles Morales, which granted was the much ballsier decision and I can respect that. But come on Jessica deserves so much better than what she's getting.

Marvel really dropped the ball when it came to the spidey-ladies, so much wasted potential. Anyway, I really like this piece, especially the look in her eyes. So woeful.

to be honest, i'd rather not see anything of those characters at all than having to read more of the crap they are recently doing with about any spider-related character!
