Alright, I decided to include this girl among the gallery of the Pretty Cures, even if she doesn’t appear in any season, but she makes appearances in the crossover movies, so, she doesn’t belong in any season of the franchise.
Cure Echo (Ayumi Sakagami) a shy, sweet, adorable, nice, timid, cute, insecure, introvert and bashful girl who first appears in some of the crossover movies with her first appearance being in Pretty Cure All Stars New Stage. In the beginning of the movie, she arrives at her new school and she was insecure about making friends and deep down in her heart, she wanted to be a Pretty Cure and the first ones she meets are Hibiki (Cure Melody) and Miyuki (Cure Happy) who encourage her to open her heart and talk about her real feelings. Because she was so lonely, she befriends an strange creature, that starts devouring everything that it’s in his path because it wants to see Ayumi happy and it also starts attacking all of the Pretty Cures teams until Ayumi, who decides she doesn’t want to be alone anymore and with the help of her new friends, the Pretty Cure girls and because of wanting to protect everyone, she jumps into action and was able to transform and fight alongside the other Pretty Cure girls turning into a more easy-going and brave person while latter in the other crossover movies, she finds her companions Gureru and En-en.
She lives with her mother and what she wants more is to have friends and become a Pretty Cure, just like her favorite heroines.
Alright, maybe Ayumi it’s not among my favorite Pretty Cures because of only one reason: she literally steals all the spotlight and attention that the Smile Pretty Cure team deserved. I think it would have been better if she was introduced in her own movie, and not in the movie that was about the recent Pretty Cure team. Nevertheless, she seems to be a cute and kind girl who accomplishes her dream, whatsover, so, I guess that would be enough of her.
