An attempt of a more realistic portrait...It was tough, it took a long time and I got stuck on the way. As always, was there, with a keen eye and a sharp sense of critique, a great help when I don't know what to do anymore.

Yes, bitching about somebody else's drawings is hard work, but someone's gotta do it... And you still missed half a pixel there. Also, it needs more fonts
