Here is the overhaul I was talking about
I changed pretty much everything XD His head and feet are now combination locks and his hands and shoulders are... well... regular locks. He has human-like hands too but they are withdrawn in this picture 
I'm very pleased with this one.

I like the design. The chains add on a nice affect. But, for the main chassy, perhaps you could try putting a bank safe type of lock. Y'know, like those big boat-wheel looking ones?

That actually reminds me of another net-Navi character of mine.
His name is Bankerman and he is one of my antagonistic characters.
And his operator is an extremely wealthy bank owner, of which it is one of the top ten biggest banks in the world. He also has the same personality as "Donald Brisbane" (the antagonistic bank owner from that movie "Catch that Kid") He has the same motives and treats his employees the same way as
"Donald Brisbane" dose to the Mother Character in the movie *Molly Phillips*
It later turns out that my "Brisbane" character has the motives to commit a crime of the century against his own bank, and even going so far as to pin the whole thing on his employee that he mistreats the most by saying her security system was useless, until his most valued guest points the blame back on him as he discovers that the system malfunction was HIS intentional doing. And also revealed that Bankerman was responsible for causing the system malfunction and that Bankerman was HIS Netnavi.
Oh and his quote is the same: "A bank has no heart, only a vault full of money, goods, and valuables. And his navi has the same quote.

Incase your wondering No, the plot is not the same as the movie, the plot is Lan investigating the causes for the Bank's security's malfunctioning much to his DEEP dislike for the bank owner. However he is more than releved to discover the man is Lan's temporary protectie is actually the one causing the problems with the help of his NetNavi Bankerman. And planing to frame the whole thing on Lan, Megaman, and the female employee that he misteats the most. Thankfully after Megaman and Bankerman tangle to the end, Bankerman is defeated and the bank owner's plans are revealed right in front of his rich accociates and the athorities, and is arrested on the spot. This was more than a miracle for both as the bank is under newer and more honest management and Lan is happy to be free of his temporary duties.
Sorry if I am too long, but you just gave me a good idea.
