Speed paints are a great way to learn your strengths and weaknesses. Thank you.

That is something I have never attempted so am not sure if I could do that yet, but have you heard of level up. It is a series of 2-3hour videos on youtube that has various artist working on speed paints, overpaints and techniques. It is an amazing learning experience.

Well, of course if you're going in only 30 mionutes--not to mention the toddler interruptions. I well remember those--it's when I gave up practicing the piano seriously. Just not possible to concentrate and SOOOOO frustrating to constantly have the "flow" interrupted. But the fact is, you're moving ahead and learning--I only offer criticism as positive thing--to aid in the learning process if I can. a.) it means I'm really looking at the work and b.) it's your choice, of course, to accept or reject the point. I just know that another's perspective can, sometimes, be helpful. Keep going, I think you're doing great! trying a new way of going about things can only open new doors into your art.
