but it doesnt only change icons it changes the explorer frame and many other things.....and also i cant see the copying dialog box please fix this

The screenshot there're some fishs in explorer. Where exactly I can find theme in your resource files(package after install, ex: shell32.dll for exam)?

fish - it's just gadgets for your desktop ... .exe files 
they blend in with the wallpaper
