Cover for Guardians of the Galaxy #19.Kang is cool-looking, even to this day. Like Dr. Doom, he has a classic and timeless villain design. Angry dude too. He always seems to be screaming and raging in the comics so I tried to reflect that in his expression.

awesome! Kang is cool as hell! And I love Cosmo's pose, reminds me of that Star Wars poster with Luke holding the lightsaber up for some reason? Mantis's face is really well done too. nice.

BUG!!! I loves me some Micronauts! Another KILLER piece. One of the things that normally turns me off about digital illustrating is the typical lack of energy. When things are too clean and neat, too pristine, they lose that energy. You pull it off in spades! I could take a cue from this little insight in my inks!

I leave early Thursday morning. Im a total idiot and booked my flight ages ago without taking in to consideration that the show actually starts on Thursday. I probably wont make it to the table until late afternoon.....between 2 and 3 perhaps. Ill be sweaty and stressed when I see you. Might wanna' hold off on the man-hug for a bit.

My #1 goal is simply not to stress. Im a total control freak and obsess on things like punctuality and making sure everyone is taken care of, having fun, in on whats going in, etc. Im usually running around trying to coordinate get-togethers and the like. I need to NOT GO THERE and just chill. If you see me doing ANY of this please give me a friendly smack in the back of the head. See you there!
