Oooh, I like this.Β Very clean and refreshing.
I had an art teacher who told me that the eye is always attracted to manmade objects first, and this combined with the pops of oranges and blues really helps to keep the eye on the building (just came from another piece using blue and orange too).Β I have to really compliment you on your steady hand--with the exception of a spot on the right-hand side of theΒ doorjamb, there's no wobbles to the straight lines that I really notice, or that bother me.Β The sharp contrasts between light and dark are really beautiful as well--the front wall beneath the steps and the foliage on the left really stand out to me as excellent applications of high contrast between sun and shadow.Β And I love the roofs and the railing--I don't know why, but I keep coming back to those.Β And that spot right beneath the stairs--I just keep looking at that part, and it makes me very happy.Β Lovely focal point.
