Hehe, poor Octavia. She's probably wishing she never let Vinyl talk her into wearing a bikini to the beach. It must be so hard living with that silly unicorn!
Those must be some really powerful wubs to be able to cause her bikini vibrate like that and come off! Well, those are some mini bass cannons in the background and nopony messes with Vinyl's bass cannons!
Kind of a follow up to this pic I guess: I guess Vinyl got Octavia to join and then turned up the volume which caused her bottom to fall.

Well all female mammals have breasts which prudes milk for their kids.. With horses it's not up near the front like humans, it's down below somewhere near their thighs, so a bikini top on a pony is kind of a 'fashion' I'm guessing? If a pony were to actually ware a bikini, it would only be a bottom, no top necessary. (I believe.)

They're not showing their flanks off on purpose therefore it does not fit the category you are making it to be. And I don't think you seem to understand me well: I have no problem with drawing a pony from this angle, what that comic is addressing is the more porny side of the fanbase when they draw a little more than just a pony's rump if you get what I'm saying...
