Yes Alex/me is originally from the Human world (Reality) but he some way found a magical item he could use to create a new world, Alex World.
When you have your own world you can create what you want so thats mean you could for example: Hmmm... I don´t like rock in that world. I create a an army to invade that world to get that rock! In a matter of seconds because you´re the god of that world.
