Description
When I went to the Comic Con ‘Slash Only 2’ in Beijing several days ago,a Frostiron fan girl asked me to draw a kid loki & Tony sketch for her. Maybe becuase I was cosplaying kid Loki so she was inspired? Anyway, that sketch was the idea of this work.In my mind there is a AU in which, that adult Loki who occupied kid Loki’s body was the Loki from Avenger the movie, so he cheated Thor to bring him back to earth, and only Tony found something wrong with this kid….
So, in short, for me this paring of Kid!Loki and Tony is only possible when it is movie-version Loki inside the kid Loki’s body.
I know I drew kid Loki a little bit older… because I prefer to see him as a teenager than a child, and because I am not a paedophile….

From what I know from the comic,unlike Thor Loki had a VERY late growth spurt.
He can look like an 13 year old,but his real age can be 22.

Well, considering Loki's about couple centuries older than Tony in any version, it's technically not pedophilia ^-^

Ironman and Kid Loki have met, it wasn't journey into mystery, but it was still kid Loki ^^

Ok, sorry I forgot this event… but my point was I didn't enjoy the pairing of Tony and the original 'kid' Loki, but the kid Loki with movie Loki's soul. It was an AU in my mind…

Well, I think he's like 14 or 15 in the comic. And plus, as long as romantic/pornographic stuff is NOT based on real children- living or dead- under the age of 18, you're in the clear. So, as long as it's not about a real kid and a real adult, you'll be fine.
