I should definitely buy either Copic or Prismacolor markers next time. Look how it came out, because I used Sargent markers and my drawing came out so, so, so horrible! Ugh!

Anyway, the whole point of this drawing is that I decided to have my OC (and their little sister) Alessandra to be in it and be the main character of the sadden episode, but with 2k12 style. (Sort of, Β )

Yeah, that's Donnie on the top right corner and the light green marker I used, it's the only color I have for both him and Mikey and I also used the sort of light forest green color on Raph and Alessa and Leo is the only one who (almost) has his color for his skin, so, yeah.

Sergeant markers are good, but they are better for outlining or small coloring areas. I would suggest outlining or showing shades with the sergeant markers and coloring in with color pencils until you get some copic and/or prismacolors. Also, be careful with copics, they like to bleed through papers immensely and also often sort of fill out more than just where you touch, not to mention you have to treat them with great care I honestly like the art, would it be even better done with color pencil or copic? Yes, but that doesn't mean this isn't any good!

Hahaha, thanks and you're right about what you said, I should've stick with my color pencils and use the markers for outlining instead of what I've done. -.-'

I'm still debating if I wanna buy copic markers or not, because people kept telling me to getΒ Prismacolor markers, because those help since copic are really expensive nowadays.

So, I don't know yet, but this drawing is gonna be redone in the future! xD lol but thanks for the advice.

And I use copics, and let me tell you...they are actually worth the money. plus the things themselves are reusable, you only have to by the ink for the markers after you buy the markers themselves. Also, they are able to go darker if you color over the first layer, like painting XD sorta....


Anyway, the prismacolor ones are probably amazing as well, I just speak from experience with the copics and can't wait to see the redraw!

I know, I've seen youtube videos of how other copic users like you how to use them and such, which it's very interesting, to be honest. xD lol

It's gonna take awhile for me to redo the drawing, I got other old drawings that needs update in sometimes near future, so I hope you have the patient for it xD
