Fist art piece posted after years of not posting anything⦠So, I present to you a majestic elk of some sort. I wanted to draw an elk with multiple antlers, and I, of course, went overboard and gave this lovely creature, not just one pair of antlers, but two more pairs on top of that, along with horns, tusks, and other bone like features. Overall, I really like him, so I hope you enjoy.

Now that you mention it, the antler nonsense does look kind of like certain types of choral. I never thought of that before. Wow, that could have made an interesting drawing if I had referenced to choral for the antlers, I kinda want to try that now!

Love it. The overall look is very realistic, and I love all the details. You blended the 'fanfasy-elements' in so well that it looks like a real animal that could be running around in the woods like that. For some reason, the pose of the elk reminds me of a sneaking wolf, which is kind of interesting, and with the pose and all those horns and stuff, you managed to make such a peaceful animal look really dangerous. Great work!

I never had the thought that the elk's pose resembled that of a sneaking wolf, but it kind of makes sense. When I look back at what I was thinking while I was drawing him,Β the background and personality this guy had, he's a fighter and won't back down from a fight either.
