Finally someone cosplayed it!!
May i ask how you managed the collar? I want it to go near the neck as in the anime but haven't decided yet on how make it work (buttons? zipper?)

Yeah, beppu brothers need more love! :'D
I used velcro tape. It's easy to adjusts and loosen if you feel uncomfortable. In my case the velcro is holding the whole front of the jacket up as it goes from the collar to the shoulder. I recommend getting someone to help you to place the opposite pieces of velcro, I did it by myself with a mirror and it took quite a bit of time to get it nice :--D
